I Imagine.

I imagine the trees are calling us back.  Back home

to the Wood, to the Wild.

I long to give in to this nonsense, this innocence,

and to be once more like a child.

But the trees have gone dumb, for our hearts are so numb.

And we all know a forest is silent, and mild.

    This is really great.

Thanks Joshua! I just wish I knew how to make it not double space when I hit “enter” between lines….

      • Joshua says:

Try typing “” at the end of each line. Works on tumblr. I could be way off though.

      • Joshua says:

Ok, that didn’t work and looked stupid. What that was supposed to say was type “” at the end of each line, only without the spaces between the br and the brackets.

      • Joshua says:

Dammit. Ok, what needs to go at the end of the line is with no spaces. (and no thens of course) Jeez. That was frustrating.

  2. Joshua says:

Oh for crying out loud. It’s a “less than” sign, then “br” then a “greater than” sign.

  3. Joshua says:

    That was ridiculous.
